摘 要:考察了直接法合成二甲基二氯硅烷反应过程中反应物料氯甲烷气体含水量对反应速率的影响。通过定量控制氯甲烷气体含水量,确定直接法合成反应所用氯甲烷气体的最大容忍含水量。结果表明,氯甲烷气体含水质量分数低于0.02%时,含水量对反应速率的影响不大,反应速率维持较稳定状态。继续增大氯甲烷气体含水量,水质量分数由0.023%增至0.032%时,反应速率降低30%。因此,实验过程中需严格控制氯甲烷气体含水质量分数小于0.023%,一般约0.005%。The influence of the moisture contents of methyl chloride on reaction rate during the process of direct synthesis of dimethyldichlorosilane was investigated. The maximum moisture content in methyl chloride was determined through quantitative control method. The results indicated that the influence of the moisture contents of methyl chloride on reaction rate was small when the moisture content in chloride methyl was less than 0.02%. The reaction rate decreased by 30% when the moisture content increased from 0. 023% to 0. 032%. So it was necessary to strictly control the moisture content of methyl chloride less than 0. 023 % , and normally about 0. 005 %.
