摘 要:以‘唐古特’白刺和‘西伯利亚’白刺种子为试验材料,研究了酸碱处理对不同温度和时间贮藏的2种白刺种子萌发的影响,探寻促进白刺种子后熟及破除硬实的技术途径.结果表明:变温贮藏有利于促进‘唐古特’白刺种子的后熟,破除休眠,显著提高了种子生活力和发芽率.室温(24~28℃)贮藏2a的‘西伯利亚’白刺种子生活力(80%)和发芽率(74.6%)最高;用70%H2SO4和0.5mol/L NaOH溶液破除种子硬实,显著缩短了种子初始萌发时间和萌发的总天数,其中0.5mol/L NaOH溶液处理的种子发芽率明显优于70%H2SO4处理.显著提高了2种白刺种子的发芽率.Effect of acid and alkali treatments were studied on seed germination of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr and N.sibirica Pall at different storage temperature and time.The results showed that N.tangutorum seeds which was stored at change-temperature,could promote after-ripening and break dormancy,and the seed vigor and germination percentage were improved obviously.Seed vigor and germination percentage of N.sibirica were 80% and 74.6% at room temperature(24~28 ℃),which was the highest in two years.When seeds were disposed by 70% H2SO4 and 0.5 mol/L NaOH,the initial germination time and the total days of seed germination were shorten obviously;When seeds were disposed by 0.5 mol/L NaOH and 70% H2SO4,seed germination rate was improved obviously and alkali treatment was better than acid treatment.
