摘　　要：本文对Thermo(热电)公司的TS3000总硫元素分析仪在日常使用过程中一些常见的故障现象进行了原因分析和总结。根据日常使用经验总结出TS3000在实际使用过程中的注意事项。TS3000总硫元素分析仪的主要故障有:仪器积碳、液体进样模块故障、真空泵故障、UV灯的故障。通过精心维护可以保证仪器长时间稳定运行,延长仪器的使用寿命。This article analyzed and summarized the reasons of instrument failures of TS3000, the total sulfur analyzer of Thermo product. Based on the experiences of daily usage, precautions for TS3000＇s daily operation are outlined. The main failures of TS3000 include.instrument carbon deposition, liquid sample module fault, vacuum pump failure, UV lamp fault. Proper maintenance is the way to ensue long term stable operation and increase service life.
