舍曲林与阿米替林治疗老年抑郁症对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :探索对老年抑郁症较理想的治疗药物。　方法 :采用舍曲林与阿米替林对 40例老年抑郁症进行为期 6周的双盲对照治疗。　结果 :舍曲林与阿米替林疗效相近 ,但舍曲林起效较快 ,平均 (8.7± 3.5 )天 ,口干、便秘、排尿困难及对心血管方面的副反应较小。　结论Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the ideal drug to treat the aged depression. Method:40 patients with aged depression were assigned double blindly with sertraline (n=20) and amitriptyline (n=20) for 6 weeks. Results:Sertraline possessed efficacy similar to that of amitriptyline, but it took effects more quickly and had less side effects including thirsty, constipation, disorders of cardiovascular and excretory systems. Conclusion:It suggests that sertriline might be recommended as an appropriated drug in the treatment of aged depression.
