复方丹参滴丸在脑梗死阿司匹林抵抗患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参滴丸对脑梗死阿司匹林抵抗患者血小板聚集率的影响及安全性。方法选取脑梗死阿司匹林抵抗患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,两组患者均给予口服阿司匹林肠溶片每次100mg,每日1次,观察组加用复方丹参滴丸,对照组加用双嘧达莫片,比较1个月后血小板聚集率和6个月内脑梗死复发率。结果两组脑梗死阿司匹林抵抗患者采用复方丹参滴丸或双嘧达莫片治疗1个月后血小板聚集率明显下降(P<0.05),但是观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。观察组患者6个月内脑梗死复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸在降低脑梗死阿司匹林抵抗患者的血小板聚集率和脑梗死复发率具有一定疗效,可以作为补充性治疗。Objective To explore the effect and safety of compound Danshen dropping pills on platelet aggregation ratio in cerebral infarct patients with aspirin resistance.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into the intervention group（50 cases） and control group（50 cases）.The intervention group were treated with compound Danshen dropping pills while the control group were treated with Dipyridamole Tablets.Platelet aggregation ratio after treatment for one month and recurrent rate of cerebral infarct whihin treatment for six month were observed and compared.Results After treatment with compound Danshen dropping pills or dipyridamole tablets for one month,the platelet aggregation ratio was significantly decreased in cerebral infarct patients with aspirin resistance in both groups（P0.05）,however more decline was found in intervention group（P0.05）.The recurrent rate of cerebral infarct within treatment for six month in intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pill can reduce platelet aggregation rate and recurrent rate in cerebral infarct patients with aspirin resistance.
