摘　　要：介绍了内热式流化干燥床的工作原理、结构、特点等,阐述了内热式流化干燥床在无水硫酸钠干燥系统中的控制参数和干燥效果,分析了使用过程中出现的故障及处理措施,指出内热式流化干燥床具有操作简单、生产能力大、经济效益高等优点。This paper introduces the working principle, structure, characteristics of the internal heating type fluidized bed,and introduces the control parameters and the drying effect of the internal heating type fluidized bed in anhydrous sodium sulfate drying system. The failures that occurred in the using process and the trearment measures are analyzes,and at last the paper points out the internal heating fluidized bed has the advantages of simple operation, large production capacity , high economic benefit and etc.
