摘　　要：针对历史和当前出现的政府在食品安全市场监管效果不佳的问题,从理论的角度对指导政府干预市场的不完全信息理论出现的谬误进行了修正,并在此基础上运用阶梯形曲线分析了政府在食品安全市场中的监管行为,指出政府的监管措施无法满足消费者多样化的需求是政府在食品安全市场上监管无效果的原因。最后总结提出能够使政府在食品安全市场中施行监管的政府、企业、消费者三方互动机制。This paper looks into the imperfect information theory which conducts governmental interference in the market, and revises its fallacy based on the revision. According to the history and current status quo of ineffective governmental regu- lation in food safety market. It uses step - shape curves to analyze the governmental regulatory behavior, and figures out that the cause of regulatory ineffectiveness in food - safety market is failure to meet the diversified demand of customers. Finally, the paper puts forward an interaction mechanism between governments,firms and consumers.
