摘 要:从资源与战略的内在联系出发,提出中小制造企业战略转型风险主要来源于与企业战略转变匹配的资源变动过程中存在的不确定性因素;通过提炼不同资源变动过程中引发战略转型风险的因素,揭示了中小制造企业关键资源要素对其战略转型风险形成的作用路径,将由于资源变动不确定性引起的战略转型风险界定为资源惯性风险、资源获取风险和资源匹配风险;运用事故树分析法构建中小制造企业战略转型风险系统的多重关联分析模型,为后续风险测度提供借鉴和支持作用。This paper, from the internal connecting of resource and strategy, suggests the strategic transformation risk source of medium and small manufacture enterprise as the uncertainty whether the resource and strategy can match in the process of resource change. Through the factor analysis of triggering strategic transformation risk, the role path of key resource ele- ments on strategic transformation risk formation is established during the process of resource change. Also, this kind of stra- tegic transformation risk is defined from the view - point of resource change which contains resource inertia risk, resource getting risk and resource matching risk. Moreover, the multiple correlation analysis model of enterprise strategic transforma- tion risk system may be constructed by using the method of Fault Tree Analysis in order to put forward some reference and support for subsequent risk measurement.
