摘　　要：从系统整体角度出发,以服务系统补救投入最低为最优目标,对制造业供应链中物流服务系统的合作服务补救决策机制进行研究。通过对合作服务补救的过程进行概念化建模,将第三方物流服务商的服务补救过程投入、结果投入、合作服务补救参与主体的合作意愿、以及合作服务补救时机作为决策变量,建立服务系统合作服务补救决策的成本最优数学模型;利用该模型,服务系统中的各个参与者可以做出满足自身及系统补救预期目标的成本最优补救决策策略。From the perspective of the whole service system, this paper focus on the decision mechanism design of service re- covery based on cooperation with a minimum input in the manufacturing supply chain. First, it proposes a conceptual model of the processes in cooperated service recovery. Then it constructs an optimization model of cooperated service recovery deci- sion with the variables of procedure recovery input and output by 3PL, participant＇s willingness to cooperateand recovery time. Under the condition of satisfying recovery demand of the service system, this model can find a cost - optimal strategy.
