摘　　要：生产实习是培养学生实践能力的重要教学环节。针对近年来金属材料工程专业学生出现的生产实习质量不稳定现象,我们从实习基地建设、实习模式改革等方面进行了积极的探索,丰富了实践教学的内涵,优化了实习模式,在培养学生职业素质,提高学生的综合能力等方面取得了较好的效果。Production practice serves as a most essential teaching mode in developing engineering students＇ practical abilities. Given the in- stability of the performances conducted by metal materials and engineering majors in recent years, this paper discusses the research being un- dertaken, concerning how to construct production practice bases, how to reform practice modes, and so forth. The research into various as- pects have yielded desired results in enriching teaching practice, optimizing practice modes, fostering student＇s professional qualifications, and promoting the comprehensive abilities of students.
