烟草赤星病菌的拮抗放线菌筛选

摘　　要：为有效防治烟草赤星病,从烟草赤星病菌感染区和秦岭山区的土壤样品中,采用平板对峙、抑菌率测定及发酵液扩散法,筛选对烟草赤星病菌有拮抗作用菌株.结果表明:有31株初筛放线菌与烟草赤星病菌平板对峙培养后抑制作用较稳定,抑菌率检测有19株菌株抑菌率达到了20%以上,12株菌株抑菌率大于30%;进一步通过发酵液扩散试验,有9株放线菌能够产生拮抗烟草赤星病菌的活性物质,其中Y26-2和Y82-2抑菌效果最好,且所产抑菌物质较稳定.而且,这2株放线菌对辣椒疫霉菌、黄瓜枯萎菌、苹果轮纹菌三种植物病原真菌也有拮抗作用.In order to prevent tobacco blown spot,the methods of pair culture and determina- tion of inhibition rate and fermentation diffusion were used to screen the antagonistic actino- myeetes against Alternaria alternata from the soil of Alternaria alternata infection area and Qinling Mountain. The results indicated that 31 strains of actinomycetes had stabilization in- hibitory effect when they cultured with Alternaria alternata in the same plate. The inhibition rate of 19 strains were more than 20% and that of 12 strains were more than 30%. In the subsequent fermentation diffusion experiment, 9 strains of actinomycetes could produce an- tagonistic active substances against Alternaria alternate. Among them, Y26-2 和Y82-2 had the best anti-bacteria effect and stability of antibacterial substance. Moreover,the 2 strains of actinomycetes exhibited inhibitory activity against Phytophthora capsici Leon,Fusarium ox- ysporum f . sp. cucumerinum, and Macrophoma kawatrukaii.
