摘　　要：本文对学科建设对于高校的重要性,对个性化服务进行了阐述,详细论述了个性化服务的方式,并提出图书馆在进行个性化服务的同时应提高馆员信息素质以更好的进行服务。In the paper the importance of subject construction in universities was discussed and the personal service was described, as well as the ways of the personal service and it was pointed out that the library should improve the information quality of librarian＇ s service before the personal service in order to better serve for the subject expert.
