摘　　要：中小企业在促进经济发展、提供就业、增加税收等方面起到了非常重要的作用,江苏是中小企业发展大省,但是在中小企业发展过程中,遭遇了融资困难的局面,通过分析江苏中小企业发展和经营现状、融资需求以及满足现状、融资渠道等,提出影响江苏中小企业融资的因素,认为中小企业自身原因是影响中小企业融资的首要因素,但是外部环境、政府制度供给缺失、金融产品供给不足是导致中小企业融资困难的重要因素。SMEs play a very importat role in promoting the development of economy,creating the new job and tax increas- ing. there are many SMEs in Jiangsu province, but with the development of SMEs, it is very difficult to finance, the paper anal- ysis the development status and management,financing channels, then proposed impact factors of Jiangsu SMEs financing.
