摘　　要：随着高职院校的扩招,高职生的就业压力逐年增大。影响高职生就业的因素较为复杂,本文将从宏观经济与国家政策、学校教育与就业指导、家庭环境三个外部因素;高职生自身综合素质、择业观念两个内部因素进行分析,对高职生就业的影响因素作尝试性研究。With the increasing recruitment in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational students are under employment pressure year by year,and the study on it has also been increasing year alter year.The influence factors of higher vocational students employment are relatively complex.This article makes some research on the influence factors of employment from three external aspects： macro economic and national policies;the school education and employment guidance; the family environment and two internal factors： higher vocational students＂ comprehensive qualities; their ideas of choosing jobs.
