摘　　要：文章从医院图书馆的读者服务、人力资源管理、环境的布局这三方面论述了”人文精神”在医院图书馆工作的体现，指出了”人文精神”的体现正是医院图书馆的核心工作。This thesis mainly discusses embodiment of ＂Humanistic Spirit＂ in the hospital library work from three aspects including the hospital librery readers＂ service, the human resources management,the layout of environment,and points out that the embodiment of ＂Humanistic Spirit＂ is the core work of hospital.library.
