章真如论肝胆病经验

摘　　要：文章从三个方面对章老关于肝胆论——肝主疏泄论的理论形成,临床特点,治疗原则和临床运用进行了经验总结,指出了肝主疏泄在肝的生理功能上的重要性,据朱丹溪《格致余论》"司疏泄者肝也"之理论,结合四诊,参照八纲、脏腑、气血辨证,具体分析,辨证论治,总结出疏肝利胆,补血,养阴益气的治疗方法,以达到疏泄肝胆,条畅气机,使气机升降相宜,气血和顺的治疗目的。临床运用证实,该理论方法在肝胆疾病上能取得良好的治疗效果。This article from the three aspects of old chapter to Master ZHANG about courage theory-liver advocate drain theory formation,clinical characteristics,treatment principle and clinical application and summarizes the experience points out the main pathogenesis of liver in liver physiology of the importance of the function,according to zhu Dan creek ＂more than due theory＂ ＂company the pathogenesis of liver also＂theory,through the four diagnostic methods,eight principles,viscera,qi and blood dialectical,specific analysis and dialectical treatment,summed up ＂shugan decoction＂lidan,blood,and nourishes Yin tonifying qi treatment method,in order to achieve the drain,adjustment of human body so that promote the aim of treatment for in and out of the lift.By using clinical etiological therapy has a good curative effect.
