摘 要:企业建立良好的员工职业生涯规划是加快员工成长的内在要求,也是企业培养技术人才的重要途径。目前,我国企业在实施员工职业生涯规划中仍存在诸多问题,影响着企业和员工共同发展目标的实现。企业应确立以人为本的职业生涯规划原则导向,加快完善有助于员工成长进步的职业生涯发展规划方案,实现以人的全面发展为重心规划的实施,从而凝聚人心、聚集人才,更好地为企业创新发展服务。A better career planning is the internal requirement of an enterprise to facilitate the growth of employees and an important ap- proach for fostering technical personnel as well. Chinese enterprises still have many problems in implementing employee career planning, affecting the goal of mutual development for both the enterprises and their staff. In order to win the will of people, gather talents and serve the innovative development, the enterprises should stick to the people first principle, speed up the improvement of worklife planning pro- jects conducive to the growth of employees, and carry out plans focusing on the overall development of employees.
