摘　　要：本文是一批学者、其中多数是青年学者,对我国环境法学界的"环境权研究热"现象进行冷静思考的结晶。他们都主张联系现实来研究环境权。这样的主张有助于将我国的环境权研究导向一条理论联系实际的新路,给我国的环境法学研究吹进了一股新风。This paper elaborated on the calm reflections of a number of scholars, mostly young scholars on the heated research into environmental right. These scholars believe that the research into environmental right should be closely related to reality. This belief is helpful to direct the research towards a new path, the path which links theory with practice. They bring a fresh breeze into the circle of environmental law research in China.
