摘  要:目的:探讨辣椒素潜在的致突变和抗突变作用。方法:通过小鼠的微核实验,检测不同剂量辣椒素的致突变性和辣椒素对环磷酰胺的抗突变作用。结果:高剂量(600~1600μg/kg)辣椒素可显著增加小鼠微核的发生(P<0.05);环磷酰胺(400μg/kg)诱导微核生成的作用明显;低剂量(50~400μg/kg)辣椒素明显降低由环磷酰胺引起的微核率(P<0.01)。结论:低剂量辣椒素具有抗突变、防癌作用。Objective:To determine the mutagenic and anti-mutagenic potential of capsaicin. Methods: We, based on micronucleus test in mice, sought to assess the mutagenic potential of capsaicin at various concentrations and anti-mutagenicity against cyclophosphamide. Results: High-dose capsaicin ( 600-1600μg/kg ) led to genesis of micronucleus in mice( P 〈 0.05 ), which appeared more significant when induced by cyclophosphamide (400 μg/kg). Low-dose (50-400μg/kg) capsaicin considerably reduced the rate of nucleus genesis induced by eyclophosphamide (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Low-dose capsaicin could be ingested owing to the anti-mutagenic potential.
