摘　　要：低级别胶质瘤(low-garde glioma,LGG)指的是WHO分类Ⅰ或Ⅱ级的胶质瘤。目前,对于LGG的最佳治疗缺乏一致的意见,LGG的临床治疗仍是神经肿瘤中具有广泛争议的课题之一。本文就近年来国内外文献报道对LGG的临床治疗的进展和趋势做一综述。Low-grade glioma （LGG）, designated as grade I or II in the World Health Organization（WHO） classification. In this article, we mentioned LGG as WHO grade II gliomas in adults, including astrocytomas, oligodendrogliomas, and mixed oligoastrocytomas. All of the three tumor type have similar infiltration in nature and with low proliferative activity. In addition, three all can potential recur and transform to higher grade gliomas. At present, the optimal treatment for EGG lacks of consensus. The clinical treatment of LGG is still controversial. We reviewed the trend for the treatment of LGG reported in the literatures.
