摘　　要：报告1例类脂蛋白沉积症。患者女,47岁。患者生后不久出现声音嘶哑。自幼面部、四肢反复出现红斑、水疱及愈后遗留痤疮样瘢痕。睑缘串珠状蜡样丘疹,面部、手部和肘部蜡样丘疹、结节和疣状斑块。面部皮损组织病理检查:真皮乳头及真皮上部均质状弱嗜伊红物质沉积。A case of lipoid proteinosis （LP） is reported. A 47-year-old woman presented with a history of hoarseness since birth. Erythema, vesicles and pustules repeatedly occur; after these healed, leaving acne-like scars on the face and extremities since infancy. Pearly wax-like papules were seen on the eyelid margins, multiple yellowish, waxy papules, nodules and warty plaques were presented on the face, hands, fingers and elbows. Skin biopsies showed the deposits of homogeneous eosinophilic material in the papillary and upper dermis.
