摘  要:为解决城轨车辆通长不锈钢薄板搭接焊缝容易产生塌陷、烧穿等焊接缺陷造成车辆漏雨的难题,通过对比试验优化其焊接工艺。采用准0.8 mm焊丝代替准1.0 mm焊丝可降低热输入量,控制填充量;结合焊缝结构特点,选择在车下位置进行焊接可降低操作难度,提高焊枪的可控性。通过一系列的工艺优化措施,实现了通长薄板焊缝稳定、连续和优质的焊接。To solve the problems that there were a lot of weld defects such as excessive penetration and bum-through incidentally on the lap joint of long corrugated plates in urban mass transit car, which can cause the leakage of rain, some contrastive tests were tried to optimize the welding process. The φb0.8mm weld wire was used to replace φb 1.0 mm weld wire to reduce welding heat input and control filling. The weld torch can be easily controlled and the operation gets easily if welder operates under the car body. By optimized process, the welding of long plate with steady weld seam, continuous and high quality can be realized.
