摘 要:目的:探讨不同低功率激光照射对种植体-骨结合界面骨形成的影响。方法:成年雄性Beagle犬6只,每侧胫骨植入4枚种植体,种植体随机编入A、B、C组实验组,D组对照组。实验组术后立即采用不同功率He:Ne激光垂直照射种植体对应体表,A组15mW、B组25mW、C组35mW,20min/次,1次/d,持续2周。术后1、2、3个月分别处死2只犬,处死前2周行四环素荧光双标记,制作带种植体的骨磨片,荧光正置显微镜下,计算双荧光标记率、矿化沉积率。Goldner’s三色法染色后测量种植体骨接触率。结果:骨组织形态计量学分析:术后1个月A、B组荧光标记率、矿化沉积率显著高于空白对照组及C组。A、B组间及空白对照组与C组间无显著差异。术后2、3个月荧光标记率、矿化沉积率各组间均无显著差异。组织形态学分析:种植体骨接触率术后1、2个月各组间无显著差异,术后3个月A、B组明显高于C、D组。结论:种植术后持续照射低功率He:Ne激光2周,15mW、25mW对术后早期(1个月)促进种植体周围成骨细胞增殖提高成骨细胞活性。Objective: To explore the best power of low-power laser irradiation on implant-osseointegration. Methods: 6 female Beagle dogs were selected according to international standards. Surgeries were operated on each dog from both sides of the tibia, four implant sockets were implanXed in 4 implants, every side 4 planting interval 2cm,which were divided into A, B, C ,D group randomly. D group which as control group was not irradiated. A (15roW), B(25Mw), C(35Mw) groups for the experimental groupwere immediately irradiated after surgery. The period of irradiation is two weeks , 20min/once, per day. Specimens were obtained 1, 2 and 3 months after implan- tation, from two animals at each time point. Before killing the animals tetracycline double labeling were exposed. Specimens were performed general observation and histology observation. Results: Bone histomorphometry analysis: one month after operation ,there was a statistically significant difference between A, B and C, D groups in min- eral apposition rate (MAR) and percent labeled perimeter(%L. Pm). The MAR and ML. Pm of A, B groups was significantly higher than C, D groups. Two and three months after operation there was no statistically significant difference between four groups. H istomorphology analysis: on bone-implant contact(BIC) one and two months after operation there was no statistically significant difference between four groups. Three months after operation there was a statistically significant difference between A, B and C, D groups. The bone-implant contact (BIC) of A, B groups was significantly higher than C, D groups. Conclusions: Two weeks' irradiation of low-power laser play a significant promotion role in implant-osseointegration.
