摘  要:目的:建立大鼠实验性牙本质-牙髓复合体损伤修复模型,观察牙本质-牙髓复合体损伤后修复的组织病理学反应。方法:选择28只wistar大鼠,平均分为7组,每组4只,随机取一组作为对照组,另6组在双侧第一磨牙备洞。分别于术后、即刻、6h、1、3、7、14d处死取牙齿标本,经固定、脱钙、切片、HE染色光镜观察组织病理变化。结果:术后6h血管扩张明显,3d可见炎症细胞聚集在备洞下方牙髓,7d炎症程度降低牙本质-牙髓复合体修复活跃可见新生血管、成纤维细胞增生活跃、新生牙本质样细胞。14d备洞下方可见修复性牙本质。结论:备洞法可观察牙本质牙髓复合体损伤后自然修复过程,是研究牙本质牙髓复合体损伤修复的一个良好模型。Objective: To eatablish a model of dentin-dental pulp injury rehabilitation of rats and to investigate the histopathological changes of pulps. Methods: Twenty-eight Wistar rats were selected for this study, they were averagely divided into seven groups. We randomly selected one group as control group. The others were experimental groups. These Wistar rats were prepared cavity on the occlusal surface of the first molar. Four rats of each group were sacrificed after postoperative immediately, 6 hours, 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th day. The teeth of each rats were fixed, decalcified and section serially. The section was staind with H-E and observed histopapathological changes in microscope. Results: Six hours after injury , red blood cells and dilatation of blood vessels were observed. Acute inflammatory cells, such as neutrophils,infiltrated in the pulp tissue under the cavity after injuryded one day. Seven days after injury the inflammatory cells disappeared and large number of fibroblast-like cells and new vessels were found. After injury 14 days the new-formed reparative dentin were observed. Conclusion: Prepare cavity on the occlusal surface of rats molar can find the nature development of dentin-dental pulp injury,and it is one of the meth- ods to establish the model of dentin-dental pulp injury rehabilitation.
