摘  要:目的:观察博安霉素作用于兎耳缘静脉后血管结构的形态学改变,探讨博安霉素用于临床治疗静脉畸形的可能性。方法:6只健康日本大耳成年兎,左右耳共4条耳缘静脉分别注射博安霉素和平阳霉素,分别于注射药物后1、3、7、14、21、28d处死动物,光镜观察兎耳静脉的组织学改变,另取1只注射生理盐水作对照。结果:博安霉素与平阳霉素均可诱导血管平滑肌及内皮细胞增生,管壁增厚,管腔缩窄,最终闭锁,均可使局部组织产生非特异性炎症反应,但博安霉素作用相对较慢,效果不及平阳霉素明显。结论:博安霉素对兎耳静脉的作用效果较平阳霉素缓和,使管腔闭塞所需时间较长。Objective: To observe the effect of Boanmycin on the morphological changes of the auricular vein of rabbit and explore the possibility of Boanmycin used in the clinical treatment of venouse malformation. Methods: Six healthy Japanese big ear rabbits were selected to be injected with Boanmycin and Pingyangmycin to the auricular veins, then these veins were examined histologically 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 days after injection respectively by light microscopy, and the remaining 1 rabbit was injected with 0.9% sodium chloride for negative control. Results: Both Boanmycin and Pingyangmycin induced vascular smooth muscle and endothelial cell hyperplasia, wall thickening, luminal narrowing and ultimately atresia. Non-specific inflammatory response was found in the injected area, but a more moderate and slower response and less effective to Boanmycin. Conclusion: Compared to Pingyangmycin, the effect of Boanmycin on the marginal auricular vein of rabbit is more moderate and required longer time.
