冲牙器在牙周维护期应用的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中重度牙周炎患者在牙周维护期使用洁碧冲牙器的疗效。方法:选取中、重度牙周炎患者各40例,分别分为2组。初诊治疗前、基础治疗后3个月和6个月分别检查菌斑指数、Mazza出血指数和探诊深度。结果:中度牙周炎患者3个月、6个月QPI分别降低83.99%和71.60%,BI分别降低77.60%和85.89%,PD分别降低28.27%和46.72%。重度牙周炎患者3个月、6个月QPI分别降低73.15%和76.39%,BI分别降低53.90%和54.59%,PD分别降低35.05%和49.46%。各实验组与对照组比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:洁碧冲牙器在牙周维护期应用有很好的疗效。Objective： To observe the efficacy that moderate and severe periodontitis patient made use of the dental water jet in periodontal maintenance. Methods： We selected 40 cases of moderate periodontitis patients and 40 cases of severe periodontitis patients respectively and divided them into two groups. Quigley-Hein Plaque Index, bleed- ing index and probing depth before the first visit treatment ,initiated therapy after three and six months were examined. Results： Initiated therapy after three and six months, the QPI reduced by 83.99 % and 71.60 %,the BI reduced by 77. 60% and 85.89% ,and the PD decreased by 28.27% and 46.72% respectively of the moderate periodontotis patients. The QPI reduced by 73.15% and 76.39%, the BI reduced by 53.90% and 54.59%, the PD decreased by 35.05 % and 49.46 % respectively of the severe periodontitis patients. Each experimental groups and control groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclution： The applications of dental water jet in periodontal maintenance have a good effect.
