摘 要:目的:灭菌隧道烘箱是粉针剂生产线中重要的单元设备,主要作用是对针剂和瓶子(西林瓶、安剖瓶等)灭菌去热源和干燥,其温度控制系统大多数采用PID控制的方法,但是这种控制方法超调量大,稳定度低,无法保证灭菌隧道烘箱对产品消毒的质量,或者会浪费过多的能量,所以探寻一种可靠稳定的温度控制系统成为当前的需要。方法:下面提出了三种控制方法即PID控制、模糊控制和模糊自适应PID控制,将三种控制方法分别应用到灭菌隧道烘箱的温度控制系统中,并使用matlab中的simulink仿真模块对温度控制系统进行模拟仿真,比较和分析三种控制在有干扰信号和无干扰信号时的模拟仿真效果。结果:从仿真中可以得出PID控制超调量比较大,易受外界信号干扰;模糊控制达到稳态的时间比较长,较易受外界信号干扰;而模糊自适应PID控制不仅减少了超调量,缩短达到稳态时间,而且具有良好的稳态特性,不易受到外界信号的干扰。结论:模糊自适应PID控制能更好的满足灭菌隧道烘箱温度控制系统的要求。Objective: Sterilizing tunnel oven is one of the important unit devices in the dried powder production line and its main function is to sterilize and dry the ampoules and bottles (vials, ampoules and so on),Most of the temperature control sys- tems of sterilization tunnel oven adopted PID control method, but this control system had large overshoot, low stability that couldn't guarantee the level of the product disinfection through the sterilization tunnel oven or would course excessive con- sumption of energy, so exploring a reliable and stable temperature control system is deeply needed now. Methods: The follow- ing proposed three control methods are respectively PID control, fuzzy control, fuzzy adaptive PID control and they were ap- plied to the sterilization tunnel oven temperature control system to simulate in matlab simulink simulation module. And then make comparison and analysis of three control simulation results respectively with the in terference signal and the interference-flee signal. Results: It proves that the effect of PID control is susceptible to external intertbrence and have large overshoot; the effect of fuzzy control is also susceptible to external interference and have a relatively long time to reach steady state; the effect of fuzzy adaptive PID control is less susceptible to interference and can reduce the overshoot, shorten the time of reaching steady state, and have good steady state characteristics. Conclusions: The fuzzy adaptive PID control can satisfy the demand of sterilization tunnel oven temperature control system better.
