摘　　要：以大鼠、杂种犬为研究对象 ,将蚯蚓素分低、中、高剂量组拌食喂养 3个月 ,观察其外观、行为 ,镜下组织学病理检查 ,5项血液指标和 5项生化指标测试 ,均正常 .分别停药一个月后检查 ,各项指标也在正常范围内 。Fed on the mixture including lumbricin in three groups of low, intermediate and high doses respectively for three months, mice and hybrid dogs as subjects were observed, and tests on them were carried out about tissue pathology under a microscope and five items of blood and biochemistry, the results were all normal; then fed without lumbricin for a month, the results of the same tests on the same subjects were still normal, which proves that lumbricin as a new resource food was safe and nontoxic.
