摘 要:采用料浆法制备MoSi2涂层,研究了料浆中Si与MoSi2粉末的配比、包渗时间、NaF含量对制备涂层的影响。结果表明:在Mo表面形成了两层硅化物层,其中外层是MoSi2,内层是硅化物Mo5Si3;Si主要参与在Mo的表面上硅化物层的形成,MoSi2也能少量参与形成涂层;NaF则起到Si的活化剂作用,没有NaF无法形成硅化物层,但其加入量增多对涂层的厚度影响并不大;随着包渗时间的延长,内外两层硅化物厚度都增加,但外层厚度增加较大。MoSi2 coating on the surface of the Mo plate was prepared by the slurry method in this study. The effects of the constituent ratio of Si,SiO2 ; pack cementation time and NaF content on the coating process were investigated. Results show that the coating is composed of two layers, i.e. outer silicide layer MoSi2 and inner silicide layer MosSi3. Si is mainly involved in the formation of the silicide layer and some MoSi2 is also contributed to the formation of the coating. NaF plays the role as activator for Si to form silicide layer and no silicide layer can be formed without NaF. The amount of the NaF has only slight effect on the thickness of the coating. The thickness of the inner and outer layer increases with increasing the pack cementation time, but the thickness of the outer layer increases much more than that of the inner layer.
