双益平和都可喜联用对无痴呆脑梗死患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨都可喜和双益平联用对无痴呆脑梗死患者认知功能的影响。方法将89例脑梗死患者随机分为2组，对照组给予常规脑血栓治疗（每日给予小牛去血清10ml静脉滴注，丹参川芎20ml静脉滴注），观察组在对照组基础上加用双益平0．1mg，每日2次，都可喜1片，每日1次，疗程12周。治疗前后进行各项基本认知功能测定并计算认知总分，观察认知功能变化情况。结果治疗后2组各项认知功能及总分均有明显提高，治疗前后对比有显著性差异（除旋转量外）。在心算量上2组提高均较显著，组问比较无显著性差异。观察组治疗后知觉速度，工作记忆和记忆方面提高较显著，与对照组比较有显著性差异。Objective To investigate the effect of Shuangyiping and Duxil on cognitive ability of cerebral infarc- tion patients without dementia. Methods 89 cerebral infarction patients were randomly assigned to two groups. Pa- tients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy of cerebral thrombosis （ intravenous injection of deproteinized calf blood serum 10 ml/d and salviae miltiorrhiza ligustrazine 20 ml/d）. Patients in the observation group was treated with Shuangyiping（O. 1 mg b. i. d ）and Duxil（ 1 tablet/d）for 12 weeks apart from the basic therapy in the control group. Basic cognitive abilities were tested and total cognitive scores were calculated before and after treatment so as to observe changes of cognitive abilities. Results Cognitive abilities and total scores of both groups were significantly improved after treatment, and there was a significant difference before and after treatment（ except ro- tation quantity）. Both groups were improved significantly in mental arithmetic quantity,but there was no significant difference between groups. The perceptual speed, working memory and memory after therapy were improved signifi- cantly in the observation group, with significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion The com- bined therapy of Shuangyiping and Duxil plays a significant role in improving the cognitive abilities of cerebral infarc- tion patients without dementia.
