摘　　要：目的:探讨PUMA蛋白在胆管细胞癌组织中的表达及与胆管癌的临床病理关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测60例肝外胆管细胞组织与正常胆管细胞组织中PUMA蛋白的表达情况。结果:胆管细胞癌组织PUMA蛋白的表达率为38.3%,低于癌旁组织中(48.3%)和正常胆管组织(63.3%)。PUMA蛋白的表达与肿瘤大小、分化程度及淋巴结转移情况有关,与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤部位无关。结论:PUMA蛋白的表达缺失与肝外胆管癌的发生发展密切相关。Objective： To investigate theexpression of PUMA protein in cholangiocarcinoma and their clinicalopathological correlations. Methods： Detect 60 cases of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and normal bile duct tissue by application of immunohistochemmistry. Results： The positive expression rate of Cholangiocarcinoma tissue （38.3%）was lower than the adjacent tissue （48.3%） and normal bile duct tissues （63.3%）.The expression of PUMA protein had relationship with size of the tumors and degree of differentiation and Lymphatic metastasis. Conchtsion： The absent expression of PUMA protein is closely correlated with The occurrence and development of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
