SPF级KM、NIH、BALB/c小鼠生长指标的测定与比较

摘　　要：目的测定SPF级KM、NIH、BALB/c小鼠体重、体长、胸围并比较。方法分六批次对三种品系小鼠进行交配,获得仔鼠后分别于1d,14d,21d,28d,35d,42d,49d,56d,63d用电子天平精确称重,软尺测量体长和胸围。结果与结论 KM小鼠与NIH小鼠相比,体重、体长、胸围差别不大,而BALB/c小鼠与两者都有较大差别。Objective Measure and compare the body weight, body length and chest circumference of SPF KM, NIH and BALB/c mice. Methods We mated KM, NIH, BALB/c six times, when we got offspring, and measured them at ld, 14d, 21d, 28d, 35d, 42d, 49d, 56d and 63d. The weights were tested at electronic balance and the body length and chest circumference were tested by ruler. Result and Conclusion KM mice were similar to NIH mice in the body weight, body length and chest circumference. But BALB/c mice had lots of differences from both of the KM and NIH mice.
