摘　　要：目的探讨颈内动脉闭塞后引起的残腔综合征的诊断和手术治疗。方法应用颈内动脉残腔封闭及颈外动脉内膜切除术治疗颈动脉残腔综合征患者5例。结果5例患者术后复查CTA显示残腔消失，症状较术前改善，无并发症发生。随访显示未有脑缺血症状发生。结论对颈动脉残腔综合征患者行封闭手术是安全有效的治疗方式。Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of carotid stump syndrome after occlusion of the internal carotid artery. Method 5 patients with carotid stump syndrome underwent carotid stump exclusion and external carotid endarterectomy. Results The carotid stump disappeared in the postoperative CTA. All patients became asymptomatic without complications after operation. All patients remain symptom free in follow -up period. Conclusions Surgical exclusion of the carotid stmnp is a safe and effective method of treatmenL
