摘  要:目的:了解单侧腮腺高能射线照射,对双侧唾液淀粉酶、总蛋白、唾液分泌量以及分泌细胞膜脆性影响。方法:大梅杂交猪6头,4头双侧腮腺导管造瘘后单侧腮腺照射作为照射组,对侧未照射腮腺为自身对照组;2头双侧腮腺单纯造瘘不照射为阴性对照组。放疗开始后定时收集6头造瘘动物唾液31d,观察初次照射30min内和24h后脱落细胞酸溶血变化。检测双侧唾液分泌量、淀粉酶、总蛋白各16次,采用SPSS 11.0软件处理数据q检验比较各指标差异情况。结果:实验组、自身对照组和阴性对照组唾液量分别为(16.63±13.12)、(39.03±13.14)和(23.52±6.01)mL,淀粉酶活性均值分别为(13 696.58±4 587.10)、(15 692.12±3 523.13)和(14 821.32±3 163.47)U/dL,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01。总蛋白分别为(9.75±0.54)、(9.23±0.54)和(9.05±0.45)g/dL,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。初次照射后30min内、24h后双侧唾液内细胞膜脆性增加。结论:单侧腮腺照射,可影响同侧、对侧唾液淀粉酶和唾液分泌量以及唾液内细胞胞膜脆性。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the changes of salivary amylase, total protein, secretory volume, fragility of the secreted cells in hibateral parotids after radiation of unilateral salivary glands. METHODS: Salivary ducts was fistulized on both sides of the 4 among the 6 Damei Hybridization swine,radiation was administered on unilateral salivary glands,as radiated group. The contralateral parotids were taken as self-control group. The other 2 swines were merely fistulized, as negative-control group. Once the radiation begins, sialon of the 6 swine was collected timely for 31 d, Ham's test was performed on the secreted cell within 30 min and 24 h after the initial radiation. Hibateral salivary amylase,total protein, secretory volume all for 16 times, q-test of SPSS 1l. 0 was used to show the difference of each index. RESULTS: Salivary quantities were (16.63±13.12) ,(39.03±13.14) and (23.52±6.01) mL in radiated group,self-control group,negative group,respectively. Activities of amylase were (13 696. 58 ± 4 587. 10), (15 692. 12 ± 3 523. 13) and (1 4821. 32± 3 163.47) U/dL (P〈0. 01). While total proteins were (9.75±0.54),(9.23±0. 54) and (9.05±0. 45) g/dL (P〈 0.05). The fragility of hibateral secreted cell membrane increases within the 30 min and Z4h after the initial radiation. CONCLUSION:Unilateral salivery glands radiation may effect bilareral hibateral salivary amlysase, sialon volume and fra- gility of sialon secreted cell.
