摘　　要：目的:分析在肝癌患者中血栓弹力图(TEG)的检测在探讨患者凝血功能的意义。方法:肝癌患者182例、正常对照40例进行TEG测定,了解其凝血功能。结果:患者TEG的R值、K值、Angle值、MA值和CI值均较正常对照组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:肝癌患者凝血功能紊乱且复杂多变,TEG可用来观察其凝血状态。Objective： To analyze the significance of Thrombelastography （TEG） in detecting coagulation status among liver cancer patients. Methods ： 182 patients and 40 normal cases were detected by TEG to investigate the coagulation statuses. Results： There were significant difference between patients and normal cases in the count of R,K,Angle,MA and CI. Conclusion： The coagulation status of liver cancer patients were disordered and TEG could be used to detect it.
