摘　　要：我国的律师收费制度从成立至今,虽然取得了长足进步,但仍存在不少问题。英国的律师收费制度历经几百年的发展,有值得我国借鉴的地方。通过与英国律师收费制度的发展历程、收费方式、律师收费的合理性标准、律师费用的承担以及律师费用纠纷的解决进行比较研究,可对我国改革政府指导价模式、确立律师费用转付制度、完善风险收费和健全律师费用纠纷的解决与预防能有所裨益。From its inception, lawyers charging system has made considerable progress, although there are still many problems. Stones from other hills may serve to polish the jade of this one, British justice indeed worth learning after hundreds of years of development. Comparison with the progress of British lawyers＇ charging system, pattems, judg- ment of charging standards, lawyer expenses and attorney＇ s fees dispute solutions, it will be benefit to reform our country＇ s government guidance model, to establish the attorney＇ s fee transfer payment system, and to perfect of risk charge and attorney fees dispute solution and prevention.
