上下颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的 :报道 2 8例颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症的鉴别诊断及治疗经验。方法 :对我院自 1 993年— 1 999年2 8例颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症进行分析与讨论。结果 :手术治疗 2 8例 ,经口内切口 2 5例 ,睑缘下切口配合口内切口2例 ,冠状切口 1例。伤口均Ⅰ期愈合 ,畸形明显改善。结论 :根据病情采用不同的术式 ,取得改善外部畸形的效果。To report differential diagnosis and treatment of 28 cases with jaw fibrous Dysplasia. Methods:Twenty-eight cases with jaw fibrous dysplasia in 1993-1999 were analysed and treatment experience was summarized.Results:All cases were operated by intraoral incision in 25 cases,lower eyelid incision in 2 cases,coronal incision in 1 case.The wounds were healing in first phase.Deformity was markedly improved.Conclusion:On the basis of disease condition different operation method should be used.Improved deformity was achieved in all patients.
