中西医结合治疗颌面部间隙感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中西医结合治疗颌面部间隙感染的临床效果。方法 :将 2 98例病人随机分为两组。治疗组口服中草药加局部外敷 ,并同时应用抗生素 ,对照组常规应用抗生素。观察两组治疗效果。结果 :治疗组痊愈病程平均 3 9天 ,对照组平均 6 4天痊愈 ,治疗组痊愈病程较对照组明显缩短 (P <0 0 0 1 )。治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组 ,切开率明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :中西医结合治疗颌面部间隙感染能明显提高治疗效果 ,并可减少抗生素用量 ,降低其副作用。减少切开引流率 ,缩短病程。To evaluate clinical effect of the infection of maxillofacial space by combined Chinese herb medicine and antibiotics.
