摘  要:为提高高含水、特高含水井中含水率测量的分辨率,设计了基于分流法的高分辨率电导含水率计。该仪器是在阻抗式含水率计的阻抗传感器内加入非导电分流管,通过分流部分流经阻抗传感器的水流量使阻抗传感器测量得到的混相值增大。与阻抗式含水率计相比,该仪器的相对响应值更小,扩大了不同含水率时仪器相对响应之间的距离,提高了仪器测量的分辨率。实验表明:分流管使该仪器在高含水条件下分辨率达到2%;当含水率大于80%或当含水率小于80%、流量大于20 m^3/d时,可初步确定2%为仪器自身具有的分辨率。现场试验进一步验证了仪器的稳定性和重复性。In order to increase the resolution of the water-cut meter in the wells with high and the super-high watercuts, the high-resolution conductance water-cut meter is designed based on the process of split stream. The instrument is composed of the impedance sensor of impedance water-cut meter and the added a non-conductive branching pipe. Through the diverting part, the water flow through the impedance sensor can increase the mixed phase value measured by this kind of sensor. Comparing with the impedance water-cut meter, the relative response value of the instrument is more smaller and can enlarge the distance between the different water-cut meters" response values, thus the measured resolution of the instrument is enhanced. The experimental results indicate that the measured resolution of the high-resolution water-cut meter is improved by 2% with the help of the diverting pipe even under the condition of high water cuts ; when the water-cut is above 80% and the flow rate is over 20 m3/d, the resolution of the instrument itself can be elementarily determined as 2%. The field tests further show that the new instrument has advantages of good stability and repeatability.
