摘　　要：每一个体之生命价值的实现,都必须关注自我能力要素、社会规则要素和资源利用要素。在生命价值实现的过程中,如果能够个体能力尽其用,社会规则秉其公,社会资源呈其宜,则不仅能够实现生命价值,还能够实现社会的美好追求,保证社会的和谐发展。What required focus on in an individual＇s realization of his life-value,are the elements of capacity,social rules and utilization of social resources.In the process of the realization of the life-value,if people fully display their talents,social rules be just and fair,and social resources serve the development of all,not only be able to realize the value of life,and also be able to achieve the pursuit of a better society,to ensure the harmonious development of society.
