摘　　要：从广西大锰锰业有限公司可持续发展的必要条件出发,分析财务保守行为对企业可持续发展的影响,进而探讨企业应如何选择合理的财务政策。Starting from the necessary condition for sustainable development in Guangxi Dameng manganese industry Limited company, the article makes an analysis of impact in conservative financial behavior in enterprise sustainable development. He also explores how the enterprise should select a sound financial policy.
