日本生产高品质冷镦钢品种现状

摘　　要：随着冷镦钢加工技术的发展,以及节能环保、降低消耗方面的需求,对冷镦钢提出了更高的要求。日本各钢厂根据下游用户对冷镦钢产品的特殊需求,充分发挥自身的设备技术特点,为用户量身设计生产多种高品质冷镦钢产品。目前国内冷镦钢50%左右的产品为8.8级以下,具有高强度或能降低部件生产成本的高附加值冷镦钢产品较少。通过对日本高品质冷镦钢生产技术的研究,为国内线材厂开发高附加值冷镦钢产品、替代同类进口产品提供借鉴。With the development of cold heading steel processing technology as well as the need of energy saving, environmental protection and consumption reduction, higher demands for coht heading steel were put forward. According to these special needs, the Japanese steel mills gave full play to its own devices＇ technical characteristics and designed a variety of high quality cold heading steel products for the customs. There was about 50% of cold heading steel products with the grades less than 8.8 at present in China, and the high added value cold heading steel products with high strength or cost reducing properties were not so many. Through researching the Japanese high quality cold heading steel production technology, the reference could be provided for domestic wire rod plants to develop high value added cold heading steel products to replace similar imported products.
