摘　　要：提高医务人员风险意识,加大和拓宽医疗风险管理力度和广度,是确保医疗安全的必然要求。结合工作经验,就医疗风险管理实践进行了总结:一是明确职责;二是确立管理思路;三是加强风险前馈控制;四是以案释法;五是加强团队合作;六是建立诚信档案等。To improve risk awareness of medical staff and to increase the strength and breadth of medical risk management is required for medical safety. Combined with practical work experience, medical risk management practices were summarized： First, clear responsibilities ; second, the established management ideas ; third, strengthening risk feedforward control ; fourth, the case of the interpretation of the Law; fifth, strengthening teamwork ; Sixth, establishment credibility archives.
