摘　　要：通过分析培养医学人文精神的意义与重要性,指出培养医学人文精神的关键要素是尊重患者生命,维护患者权利;加强医患沟通,增进患者信任;修正价值取向,恪守职业道德;培养合作意识,加强团队精神。并积极拓展受训范围,提升了培训效果,营造了和谐文化,实现了医患双赢。By analyzing the significance and importance of cultivating medical humanism, the paper pointed out the key elements of cultivating medical humanism, and actively carrying out training, to enhance the effectiveness of training, and create harmony culture, achieve win -win between doctors and patients.
