摘  要:学科带头人关系到医院的发展,而学科带头人的培养关键在于后备对象的遴选。结合医院在遴选优秀人才进入学科带头人后备队伍的具体做法,探讨如何选拔和培养学科带头人后备人才,促进医院学科建设的可持续性发展。The academic leader is related to the development of hospital, while the key is the selection of operational reserve. Combining with a series of specific practices of strengthening the discipline construction and selecting outstanding personnels, the paper discussed how to select and train operational reserve for hospital academic leaders in order to promote the sustainable development of discipline construction in hospital.
