摘　　要：为便于国际疾病、手术操作分类工作的规范化开展,基于实际的工作经验,针对疾病分类编码的内在实质分析、凝练,总结出一种较为可行的操作方法——模块化操作:在实际工作中,遵循一般技能培养的规律,采取模块集中、适度强化的方式,有利于分类质量的提高。In order to facilitate the standardization of the international classification of diseases and procedures,based on the actual development of the classification work experience,according to the analysis of the classified work the intrinsic essence,concise,concluded a more feasible operation method,the modular operation： in practical work,follow the rule of general skills training,take on the moderate strengthening and centralized module way,make for improvement of the quality of classification.
