摘　　要：高校之所以将快乐体育看作重中之重,首先是基于身体素质对人的生存和成长的重要性,其次是对学生处于生长时生命的尊重,更是对学生未来承担重任的准备。一个良好的身体,不仅是学生的未来,也是国家的未来。同时,解读公体教育思想中快乐体育内在本质规律之所在,主旨就是依托身体锻炼这条主线,不是仅仅完成一项教学任务,而是能产生幸福感的一项运动。快乐体育,带给学生的不是简单的运动的快乐,而是充满内涵的身心的愉悦。The reason why ＂happy sports＂ is so important is that good body is basis of human beings t.It is also the respect to the life of students and preparation for their future development.A good body means not only the better future for students,but also better for the country.Spots education can make students experience the happiness of a ＂Happy Sport＂,and at the same time it is full of connotations of physical and mental pleasure.
