摘 要:目的探讨相变对牙科低金含量银钯合金强度的影响。方法经过固溶处理后,合金在600℃分别等温强化处理1min,2min,5min,10min,20min和50min,淬火冷却。采用显微硬度测试,X线衍射,扫描电镜和电子探针了解相变对合金强度的影响。结果提高处理温度后,合金强化速度显著提升,2min时即达到最大硬度,有片状析出相析出,呈簇状分布,原子百分比近似Cu7PdAu2。结论合金硬度提高与相变无关,与相变所致的内应变有关。Objective Discuss the effect of phase-transformation on the hardness of dental low-content gold Ag-Pd alloy.Methods After solution treated,the alloy was iso-thermally age-hardened at 600℃ for 1min,2min,5min,10min,20min and 50min,respectively,followed by ice-water quench.By means of micro-Vicker's hardness,X-ray diffraction,SEM and EPMA,the effect of phase-transformation was studied.Results At higher temperature,the hardness rised the maximum with higher speed after iso-thermally age-hardened for 2min.lamellar precipitation with areata distribution was observed.Conclusion The elevation of hardness was related not with phase-transformation,but with inner strain caused by phase-transformation.
