托吡酯对女性育龄期癫痫患者性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨托吡酯对女性育龄期癫痫患者性激素水平的影响。方法采用放免法分别测定30例女性育龄期癫痫患者托吡酯治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月血清E2、T、P、LH、FSH、PRL等激素水平。结果治疗后3个月,P含量有所升高,与治疗前比较,P<0.05,但治疗后6个月,回落到治疗前水平;治疗后6个月,LH含量升高,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后3个月、6个月,FSH含量均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论女性育龄期癫痫患者接受托吡酯治疗3个月时,P、FSH升高;治疗6个月时P回到正常,LH含量升高,FSH维持在3个月相似水平。Objective To explore the effect of topiramate on sex hormone of reproductive age women with epilepsy.Methods The serum of 30 reproductive age women with epilepsy taken before,after 3 months and 6 months topiramate administration were used to measure the changes of estradiol（E2）,testosterone（T）,progesterone（P）,luteotropic hormone（LH）,follicle Stimulating Hormone（FSH）,prolactin（PRL） by radioimmunoassay.Results After 3 months treatment,the level of P was higher than that before（P〈0.05） till 6 months,compared with the level of LH before treatment,it was higher after 6 months treatment（P〈0.01）.In addition,either after 3 months or 6 months treatment,the level of FSH was higher than that before treatment（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The level of P and FSH would increase by 3 months treatment with topiramate in reproductive age women with epilepsy;after 6 months topiramate intervention,the level of P got back and LH went up while FSH was similar with that after 3 months treatment.
