摘　　要：目的研究早期生长反应因子(Egr-1)在口腔扁平苔藓中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学与免疫印迹法检测15例正常口腔黏膜组织、30例口腔扁平苔藓组织及30例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中Egr-1的表达。结果 Egr-1在正常口腔黏膜、口腔扁平苔藓及口腔鳞状细胞癌3组中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Egr-1参与了口腔扁平苔藓的发病,并对口腔扁平苔藓的癌变可能起着重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Egr - 1 in oral lichen planus （OLP）. Methods The expression of Egr - 1 in 15 cases of normal oral mucosa tissues （ NOM）, 30 cases of OLP tissues and 30 cases of oral squamous cell car- cinoma （OSCC） tissues was detected by immunohistochemical experiment and Western blot technique. Results Comparison of Egr - 1 expression among the three groups, there were significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Egr - 1 has participated in the pathogen- esis of OLP and the occurrence, development of OSCC, and maybe play an important role in carcinogenesis of OLP.
